Braised Short Rib Pasta 😋  💾Save for later  💌Share with someone wh  on should make this for you  I kept seeing different versions of this on TikTok so of course I had to do my own. And listen… I didn’t measure a thing, so season with your heart until your ancestors whisper, “That’s enough.” Here’s what I threw together: 	•	Short ribs 	•	Mushrooms 	•	Shallots (3-ish) 	•	Heavy cream 	•	White cooking wine 	•	Garlic herb butter 	•	Parmesan cheese (freshly grated, trust me) 	•	Rigatoni 	•	Beef stock (about 1 ½ boxes – 32 oz each) 	•	Fresh thyme + rosemary 	•	Red pepper flakes 	•	Bay leaf 	•	Parsley (for “health”) 	•	Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning 	•	Salt + pepper to taste How it went down: 	1.	Generously season short ribs with Kinder’s. Sear both sides in a Dutch oven till they get that crust. Take ‘em out. 	2.	Toss in herb butter + half the shallots. Sauté till fragrant. Add ribs back, cover with beef stock. Throw in thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, a bit of wine, and salt. 	3.	Put it in the oven @ 350 - 40 mins minimum (longer = fall-apart goodness). 	4.	In a separate pan: butter, mushrooms, shallots → sauté. Add more butter, rosemary, 2 cups heavy cream, ½ cup white wine. Red pepper flakes, salt, pepper to taste.  	5.	Stir in 2 cups grated Parm till melty. Add cooked rigatoni. 	6.	Shred short ribs, mix into pasta or add on top. Top with more Parm + parsley & enjoy 😊  That’s it. Rich, cozy, and worth every calorie.  And before you guys ask, no this is not a “healthy” meal. I don’t eat 100% clean, especially for dinner when I’m cooking for more than just myself.
