Cashews and pistachios are ‘cousins’ so I’d be careful of those too! Found it out the hard way, I’m also really allergic to cashews! 🥺

I feel for you, my daughter is highly allergic to cashews as well and all tree nuts. You don’t realize how many products have cashews and nuts.

I’m shocked the nurse didn’t give the expired epipen anyways. When there was an epipen shortage we we are told our expired epipens would probably still work and in an emergency it’s better than nothing

I am also allergic to just cashews! Pistachios and mangos are also in the same family as others pointed out, so I avoid those as well
