This recipe has been probably my most requested ever… I’ve been every day for lunch over the past couple months and I honestly don’t know what I’m going to get sick of it. I started topping it with a little bit of olive oil, and it makes it just that much better! What you need? -lean stew meat -garlic salt -Sriracha powder ( Trader Joe’s) -onion -zucchini -Trader Joe’s sweet jalapeños -olive oil -rice as your base How I cook below ⬇️ You will need white rice already made to put as your base! - spread garlic salt and Sriracha powder on lean stew meat, put in your air fryer for 8 to 9 minutes on 400 hundred degrees! If you like it a little more raw cook for 6 to 8 minutes! While cooking sauté, diced zucchini, and onions in a pan! Once it is complete, combined everything together. Top with Trader Joe’s sweet jalapeño and olive oil. My weight for food - 150 g rice -6 oz stew meat -200g zucchini -5g olive oil 37c 12f 40p these macros can obviously be adjusted!
