As a former driver, some packages are extremely light. Feels like nothing in it. I usually tried to feel if there's something inside before delivering tho. Driver can mark as damaged if they do notice

Amazon always beleives me and resends or refunds. Even when I ship to the wrong address by mistake or the product has a no refund policy. It’s why I would rather buy from Amazon than any place else.
