Love this! At our hospice we give 2wooden hearts. One goes in the child’s coffin one stays with the family. Maybe do that with the bears too xx

I cared for my Dad alone for 22yrs, right up till his last breath. Ppl don't realise the toil it takes. I would stress, it was honour and NEVER a chore. Even with my training, the mental toil still affects me. 🫶🏼
