Hi, I got my tinnitus from covid infection. It's both sides and never stops. Had it for 5 years now. No help, just that it's not treatable.... Sounds like a mix of a high pitch and a lot of crickets.

ove had very loud tinnitus in both ears since I was 5. I cannot imagine life without it. I can hear an illness like a cold coming before I get it. I honestly don't know what silence sounds like
