I don’t have a bank anymore. There’s 4 cash machines, a telephone and a help desk. No more tellers. Aib have basically left the town.

be great if there were cashiers in the bank. its all atms most of the time apart from an hour in the morning when everyone is at work.

my local bank teller doesn't have the facility to go to counter and get change , plus i had to withdraw cash for rent and the atm gave out 20s..only

I use cash envelopes and my bank refuse to do this. Would make it so much easier if they did 🙈😂

just a suggestion, one visit you should "buy" one bag of each coin and have them at home. that way you're not getting coinage every visit, just notes-
