A little trick is to apply ice pack to the area prior to injection to help numb the site.

After egg transfer you’ll still use it till 10 weeks pregnant 😩 I’m on week 5 days 6 n it’s gotten bad to handle it . You’ll cry

When I had to do my shots in the same spot, I always laid down. I felt like it hurt less because I was relaxed.

I laid down and thought that helped keep the pressure off which side we were injecting. We used a muscle roller after each time and it helped!

We’re prepping for FET #2 and I swearrrrrr by the autoinjector. Between that and laying down PIO shots were honestly a breeze.

The PIOs were the worst! we tried warming the syringe under my arm or warm water before the injection. Also massaging the area after for a bit ❤️

I lay down and I my husband also uses the injector thingy. It’s still hurts and gets sore. I guess it’s whatever works best for you 🫠
