Can lymph nodes be mildly inflamed on ultrasound from tmj? No doctor can figure out what is wrong with me, ear fullness , pain right under the jaw under the ear lobe it’s so tender there.

I bit into the side of my cheek while eating the other day and really messed up my cheek.. The day after I had a swollen lymph node under my jaw. Do you think that’s what’s causing it?
