Tdee says my maintenance is 2600 cal however I’ve been eating at or under 2000cal for some time now(yes accurate tracking) started off strong with fat loss. But it has stopped and I’m staying at 160lb

I dont know it but i track daily weight and find weekly avg then eat based on that and aim best to gain 0.5-0.8lb per week.
