Try eat atleast 2,000 calories a day, 10-20 minutes of exercise you will feel a lot more energetic and it will allow you to prepare meals you love healthily. Eat a lot of protein

love fruit.Be sure count your sauces might have a lil more cals.985 is really low cals.your bmr at least 1400 so under that you are losing muscle.
