OSHA would be on that sooo fast. Surgeons are WORKERS and point sharps and heavy microscopes are hazards. Close toed shoes only.

On top of the sanitary concerns wouldn’t your feet get super cold? The OR’s I’ve been in are always kept at like 55 degrees
