@cappybears: Self care is listening to your body. My energy has been off since the start of the year. My heart feels fragile and my head feels cloudy. I have more time now than ever for pursuing my goals and dreams, but I keep getting frozen in this paralysis like train of thought. I accomplish so much but so little all at the same time. Through this season of KB, I am leaning back into my self care era. It may have been 3 pm, but it was time to crawl in bed with my comfort blanket and new favorite turtle neck.
