Put the property in a land trust and name your llc as the beneficiary. That's the way I do it. 5 million per LLC 🫵👑

Not sure why you do an LLC. Asset protection can be obtained with an irrevocable trust and liability insurance. Not worth it for small investors.

Just did this on our first multi-unit property. You can usually just notify the bank ahead of time and they will give you written approval

You can’t have an issue with your homestead exemption if you transfer to an LLC. So be careful it’s better to transfer into a trust

They screwed up a transaction and I ended up getting sued for introducing these guys to the private lender. I had to fight a lawsuit for 3 years!
