Pilot jet in carburetor clogged if it will only run with choke on or having to cover carb intake with your hand like u did in video. Just disassemble and clean the carb and jets

Alll the carburetor things, jets, pin-like air holes, fuel lines, air, etc., it’s sits in dirt air environment, clean and replace 😏

If filter is new, fuel lines aren’t plugged, then maybe it simply can’t breathe through the fuel tank. Try running with the fuel cap off you’ll know right away if it’s still starving for fuel.
