Lemon leave on for about 40 mins, use fresh lemon not bottled..it's very harsh so a good conditioner with caster oil if you can get it.

I had exactly the same issue in china - I went to Tony and guy in Hong Kong and it was back to perfect! I would suggest either an ex pat mobile stylist or a global firm like Tony and guy.

it’s not developed enough so purple shampoo will grab u need to use ketchup on bits of ash . go get a bleach and wash it with shampoo all over then tone it ash box dye
