@jahafooddiary: This is probably our favorite ramen place. Buya ramen serves you without a doubt a highclass ramen. One of the best we had in Berlin so far. From premium ingredients like duroc pork belly to fresh homemade noodles, they have it all. Taste and presentation on spot. They work in an open kitchen so there is nothing to hide. Starters were exceptional as well. We can totally understand why there is always a long queue. We stayed until the end and watched as they gave all the leftover tofu out for free, meaning they prepare the food always fresh - every day. The broth was rich, deep in flavor and topped with garlic oil which enhanced the flavor to th the next level. Service was quick and super friendy. A must try for ramen and soup lovers. Don’t forget to make a reservation when you come here. All in all this place is an easy 10/10.
