@its_shanna_marie: Making some dietary changes this week has been a little more difficult than expected. Trying to be mindful when making choices as a busy mom, but i did it!! In the past I would always focus on going in 110% and then crashing and burning when it didnt all work out. I kept thinking I needed to do MORE this week, but I made healthier choices, ate breakfast BEFORE coffee, ate 4 times a day when I was only eating once or twice. I did eat out twice. (Once at chick fil a for my daughter’s fundraiser for soccer, and once at McDonald’s) but I ate less than I would normally and made sure I stayed within my recommended parameters from my personalized care plan with @Allara Health! Because of the goals we discussed, and keeping track of my mood and overall feeling before and after each meal, it helped me realize how my food choices affected my mood those days, and that was motivation to do better. Overall super proud of myself this week, and so happy with the tools ive been provided to help set me up for success! 🫶🏻
