the adverse. have a chaotic good necromancer who has an undead horde that goes around fixing things. i.e blacksmiths, leather workers etc.

The only problem with that is that fabricate takes 10 minutes, and in that time you'd only be able to make one piece of armor. so be prepped b4✋
