@alexkoekies: Easiest recipe ever from Tasty, I’ve been making it for years 🤍 Ingredients for 10 cookies: 🍪100g white sugar 🍪170g brown sugar 🍪a pinch of salt 🍪110g unsalted butter 🍪1 egg 🍪1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🍪160g all-purpose flour 🍪½ teaspoon baking soda 🍪200g chocolate chunks (I used milk chocolate here) 🍪extra dark chocolate chips on top Steps: 1. In a bowl, whisk together the sugars, salt, and butter until a paste forms with no lumps. 2. Whisk in the egg and vanilla extract. 3. Add the flour and baking soda, mix with a spatula. 4. Add the roughly chopped chocolate chunks, and mix one last time. 5. Scoop the dough with an ice-cream scoop (or a spoon) onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, leaving at least 5cm of space between cookies so that the cookies can spread evenly. 6. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, or until the edges have started to barely brown. 7. Cool completely before serving. #EasyRecipe #dessert #cookies
