So firstly you have to activate your card at an atm, secondly the account gets activated after that and with the deposit! Lastly fnb is the best don’t consider anyone else

In May 2020 when lockdown hit they locked my credit card and I had to go to an atm to activate it. FNB is pathetic process wise. Switch to Diecivery

They gave me my card,said it's activated. wasn't working. went to branch and said they didn't upload my proof of address documents as yet that's why
