@maiasourdoughbaking: Sticky, sticky dough😅 Well the 30% rye flour sourdough loaf gave me a hard time shaping. I think I can do better😜 The bread was tasty and looked ok, but I really need to change the bulk fermentation time. I shaped the dough pretty late into bulk, and I think this is why it was so sticky and hard to handle. Next time will shape it earlier and let it continue its proofing in the banneton. Will see what happens.
