i find it hard to progressively overload the abs. all the ab machines suck, i find it hard to isolate the abs on cable crunches, and add weight to (1)

I would also recommend to do one arm farmers walk to train the core, stability and the obliques! 🙏

abs are just another muscle, how do you grow muscle? By moving weights with that muscle, really simple

I do weighted decline crunch or front leg raises followed by side leg raises both till failure after every workout. I don't like cable crunches because my arms get tired quicker than my abs I find
