Stay tuned for more bánh mì recipes in the upcoming reels! 😉 Ingredients * 3 egg yolks (make sure they’re pasteurized) * 7 tbsp vegetable oil (I recommend avocado oil) * ½ tsp garlic powder * Pinch of salt Directions 1️⃣ Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Add all the egg yolks to the food processor. 2️⃣ Slowly add 1 tbsp of oil at a time, along with salt and garlic powder, and mix thoroughly until the oil binds before adding more. Adding oil too quickly can cause separation. 3️⃣ Using the food processor, it’ll take around 7 minutes to achieve a thick and creamy sauce. 4️⃣ Store it in a container with a lid in the refrigerator. #vietnamesefood #banhmi #vietnamesemayo
