I have this, I got it off Amazon a few months ago and I love it for neck pain, headaches, and posture. I don't use it as much as I should.

Oh I’d love to try this. Is it okay to use if you’ve got implanted discs in your neck? I know some things can’t be done now that I’ve got plates & screws in my neck.
