@seattlefoodscene: 🚨NEW RESTAURANT🚨 📍Sophon in Phinney Ridge We came by to check out the newest Seattle restaurant representing Khmer and Cambodian cuisine in the fine dining space: @sophonseattle. The restaurant is so beautiful and their story is so heartwarming! Love seeing more representation in the food scene from cuisines from countries we might not all be as familiar with. The food was delicious and for a soft opening the kitchen moved fast with an efficient process. Don’t sleep on the drinks, they were so good!!! Also, want to note the presentation was beautiful for both food and drinks perfect date night spot! 😍 *** apologies about my pronunciation of Khmer! Disappointed I didn’t get it right after watching the pronunciation video and practicing several times beforehand 😔
