HOW TO BUILD A STRONG UPPER BODY  First of all: Start somewhere. You don’t have to do complicated things, you don’t have to go from 1 day of activity to 7 days of weight lifting per week. GRADUALLY increase is the answer here.  Here are a few of my absolutely best tips:  🔹 Ask yourself what type of workouts you enjoy  ▫️ Get a plan that you are excited about (I am happy to create one for you through my IB.Fit App)  🔹 Along the way, only compare yourself to yourself and to the effort you are putting in  ▫️ Progressive overload is the GOAT, and can be done in so many ways. Not only by increasing the weights (some exercises are just too heavy to constantly go heavier in)  🔹Understand that building or reshaping your physique will not happen overnight, keep yourself accountable and also motivated through taking progress photos, you will thank yourself that you did!  ▫️Try to get to know your body, learn the cues of when you need to rest, when to push harder, when to eat less and when to eat more. Your body is an incredibly smart machinery and if you listen to it I promise you it kind of tells you what you should and should not do.  🔹 Building a strong upper body also means that you should train your lower body. You are one united piece and the better overall strength you have got the more power will you have in your workouts which will equal better and better results!  Ps.
