@lifesgood_kitchen: Bring the full Sapporo Snow Festival experience home with our tasty Miso Ramen and cute Snowflake Dumplings!🍜❄️🥟 Miso Ramen🍜 ✔️Ingredients: 150g fresh noodles, 1 tbsp chicken stock, 2 tbsp miso paste, 550ml water, 1 garlic clove, 2 scallion stalks, 1/2 corn cob, 60g bean sprouts, 1 egg, 100g ham, 20g butter ✔️How to Make 1. Finely chop the scallions and garlic. 2. Cut the corn off of the cob. 3. Char the bean sprouts with a blow torch. 4. Slightly warm an egg in salted hot water, then cover with pierced plastic wrap, and microwave for 2 mins, 20 secs. *We used the LG NeoChef Microwave! 5. Combine the miso paste, chicken stock, and 550ml of water in a pot and bring it to a boil. 6. Add noodles to the soup base and heat until cooked. 7. Put the noodles into the bowl, then add bean sprouts, scallions, garlic, corn, ham, egg, and butter toppings. Pour the soup over to melt the butter. Snowflake Dumpling🥟 ✔️Ingredients: 8 dumplings, 1 tbsp starch, 100ml water ✔️How to Make 1. Stir starch into water to dissolve. 2. Fry dumplings in a well-oiled pan over a medium heat. 3. Pour the starch mixture over the dumplings when cooked through. 4.
