This book is amazing and Barabara is just full of a wealth of knowledge. This book talks about our bodies, herbs and remedies to help heal our bodies, recipes, explanations to help you know and understand our bodies and what they need, what each plant contains, etc. You can purchase this book on mistymountainusa.com. It has been out of stock, but search because other places have had it. If you know someone that lives in Australia, have them get it for you. This is one book that you want to have and refer to.
