Healthy semolina salad ✨ Ingredients: 💛10 cherry tomatoes 💛1/2 cucumber 💛1/2 red onion 💛5 chives 💛50g parsley 💛80g whole wheat semolina (bulgur works too) 💛110g water 💛Half a lemon Steps: 1. boil the water, pour it on the couscous, add a tbsp of olive oil and cover it for 15’ 2. Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and parsley very thinly. 3. Mix the couscous using a fork, add the veggies, the juice of the lemon, add olive oil to your liking, salt and pepper and now you know! #easydinnerideas #EasyRecipe #healthyfood
