Create this using just your phone! IB: @Milan Shefer #CapCut #cccreator #tutorial @CapCut - https://vfx.productioncrate.com/video-effects/footagecrate-dual-color-ground-fire-slow-4 - Using a tripod and shooting in 4k, Get a shot of you walking towards the camera. Repeat the action in a 2nd outfit. - Import the clips into Capcut Go to the point where you want the slow motion to start. Tap split. Tap speed and change to .4 Do the same on the 2nd clip. Deselect all clips. Go to effects, then body effects. Tap Apparate II. Add this effect over both of the slow motion sections. I slowed down the speed to 80% Change the settings to 4k. Export the video. - Import the video to a new project. Tap split to separate the clips. Tap overlay to drop one down a layer. Go to the end of the transition. Tap mask. Choose split, then invert the mask. Move it to the top of frame and add a little bit of feather. Add a keyframe. Go back to the beginning of the effect. Move the mask to the bottom. This will automatically set a keyframe, and your transition is done! - You can stop there, or for added effect Export the video in 4k again. - Import the video into a new project. Add a keyframe at the beginning. Scale into the footage. Go to the end and scale back out. This will mimic the camera movement. Import a clip of fire. Tap adjust and boost the brightness and contrast. Take down the saturation to make it white. Go to the middle of the transition. Scale and position it over your body. Add a rectangle mask and shrink it way down making it a little thicker than your transition line. Add some feather for smoothing. Add a keyframe, then scrolling along the timeline, reposition the fire layer to follow the transition line. And there you go! - Pro tips: Use a tripod, don’t move it between shots. Use AV lock on your camera, so the exposure/brightness doesn’t change. Use markers on the ground to keep your feet stepping in the same place. Shoot in 4k, so you can zoom in after and not lose quality.

A pelvic exam can provide a lot of information Ask your provider what will make you feel most comfortable, if it isn't already being provided! Check to see if a topical lidocaine can help with a speculum placement Ask for a change of a speculum size if you notice pinching or pain more then pressure Talk to your healthcare provider along the way so you're comfortable and aware of next steps! We can play music or provide lavender scents to create a calm environment! I listen to a lot of Lizzo Ibuprofen can be taken before and for some procedures we can offer other pain/anxiety medications A hot pack can be placed on the abdomen for cramping If desired, you can place the speculum yourself! #obgyn #doctor #nurse #speculum #womenshealth
