@dsaul19: At the beginning of 2024 I did a reflection on all of 2023. Highs + lows + which days felt the best + which days didn’t feel so great and everything in between. This was the first time I had ever reflected on the previous year in that much depth. We often rush to create new goals for 2024 and New Year’s resolutions without fully reflecting on the previous year. This year instead of resolutions + goals I decided to determine a word to live by for 2024. After multiple exercises + thought my word for the year is B A L A N C E 🫶🏼 This word will be forever evolving and changing as each year brings new opportunities, challenges, and dreams! 2023 was NUTS (in a good way) but I often felt like I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off. Rushing here and rushing there and adding one more thing to my plate because if you know me, you know that’s a very common thing for me to do 🤪 Keeping business in the business bucket, personal life in the personal bucket, self care in the self care bucket so that everything is evenly balanced ⚖️ instead of all intertwined!
