I got these from clock tower mall. You enter through the main entrance, turn right past the lifts and pharmacy and the oud shop and you will end up at this store which is at the locates at the end. The cost was 10 Riyals. I also purchased loads from the market when you step outside of the haram area. The shop is called Wadee for Gifts. You can probably google the hotel next to it called Hotel Nawarat Al Shams to get to it. I asked the guy give it for 8riyal he agreed with 9riyal in clocktower by Mcdonald . you need to haggle. some get it for 7riyal in madinah
