Random but there's a movie called Hush 2016. The main character is def and she hears her moms voice as her internal thoughts because that's the voice she remembers. Good movie I recommend it. 👍🏻

my hearing is fine. I can turn my inner thoughts on and off. I can give them any accent or no "sound" at all. Never occurred to me some ppl can't that

I have no audiable monologue(not deaf) but i have lots of thoughts that interrupt 1 another. I also have aphantasia 👍🏼

I also have a constant internal monologue and Honestly being trapped in that with little to no outside noise to cut through it sounds like torture to me 😬😅
