My Jeep has the backseat sensor. It shows on my dash when it’s empty then when someone sits in it it will flash and beep till they put the seatbelt on

Yellow light in the States means floor it before it turns red but in Europe it means you need to bring your car to a halt as it's going to turn red.

It’s illegal not to wear a seatbelt in the UK, even for passengers. The police will fine the passenger and the driver if caught
