I work at a bank you just need to file a dispute and someone will come out and count the atm cash and refund you via a dispute credit

They should be able to recalibrate the machine! It happens with older atms and @ my bank we just recount and if the extra $900 is there we credit it

You have to call it should have given a receipt that says an error happened it use to happen to me at chase they have to count the atm and they credit you.

This happened to me once …the atm should’ve given you like a trouble receipt . Mine did . When I went up there Monday and called the actual bank 1800 number that’s what they did they credited it .

Wells Fargo atm ate $700 of mine and the bank said there was no error and found no mistake with the atm and basically I was shit out of luck
