@japan.centre: Make a hearty chicken meal with Amoy's Mala Chicken Pot sauce! Ingredients: 100g Amoy Mala Chicken Pot Sauce Water 10ml Coriander Half teaspoon salt 1.5tbsp cornstarch 1.5tbsp oil 4 garlic cloves Half onion 3 slices ginger 500g chicken thighs 1. Wash and pat dry the chicken pieces. Marinade the chicken with salt, corn starch and oil for 30 minutes. 2. Slightly chop the garlic, onion, ginger and coriander. 3. Heat oil, pan fry the chicken pieces with gentle heat until the colour changes and chicken oil coming out. 4. Add, garlic, onion and ginger to stir fry. 4. Add Mala Chicken Pot Sauce and stir fry. Add some water then simmer for 3 mins, stir 1-2 times in between. 5. Open the lid and cook until the sauce thickens. Add coriander then mix well.
