@brothersmake: We wanted to find a way to use other forms of plastic pollution, such as the dreaded single-use plastic carrier bag. These things are a nightmare for the planet - they never break down and animals mistake them for food. We've all seen the videos of hungry turtles mistaking a plastic bag for a jellyfish. So we wanted to show you how you can take plastic bags and turn them into a tough flexible fabric-like sheet. The beauty of this technique is that you don't need any specialist tools to do it, just an iron and a few basic crafting tools. You can then turn it into pretty much anything you would make out of leather! Here we're making a simple wallet, just using a template that we found online, but realistically the only limitation is your imagination. What else do you think would be good to make using this technique? 🪡 #saynotosingleuseplastic #plasticbags #ecocraft #easydiy #singleusesucks #recycledplastic
