Ribeye 10 slices of Bacon 1 Red Bell Pepper 1 Green Bell Pepper 1/2 Yellow Onion 4 slices Mozzarella Cheese 4 slices Provolone Cheese 1 oz. Worcestershire Sauce 3 Tbsp BBQ rub Salt & Pepper Directions: 1. Sauté 1/2 yellow onion chopped, 1 chopped red bell pepper, 1 chopped green bell pepper in a skillet on medium heat adding 1 TBSP of Worcestershire sauce. 2. When caramelized take out the veggies and add in thinly sliced Ribeye. (Pro Tip) Put Ribeye in the freezer for 1 hour to firm and it will help get thin slices. 3.
