@healthyandfabulous: ✨ JUICY & FLAVORFUL GROUND TURKEY TACOS✨ This recipe is perfect for busy weeknights or chill and lazy weekends! 😉 Tacos are always so welcome in our home, and this one-pot healthy ground turkey recipe makes satisfying our cravings so easy. You can always change the toppings to your taste and substitute ground turkey with ground beef. The turkey mix can also be used as leftovers for next day lunch. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. INGREDIENTS: 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 onion, diced 2-3 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 jalapeño, diced very small 2 lb ground turkey 1 tbsp thyme 1 & 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp chili powder 2 tbsp paprika 2 cups canned black beans 2 cups canned corn 1 & 1/2 cups salsa 1 & 1/2 cups tomato sauce Salt & black pepper to taste Tortillas (I used @sietefoods almond flour tortillas) Guacamole (Avocado, tomato, green onion, salt & pepper) Cilantro, to garnish Lime, to garnish INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In a large cast iron skillet over medium heat, sauté olive oil, onion, garlic, and jalapeños, and season with salt & pepper. 2. Add the ground turkey and break apart using a spatula, cooking until browned. 3. Add beans, corn, salsa, and tomato sauce, stir, and cook until the water is evaporated. 4. Add the ground turkey mix into warmed tortillas, top with guacamole, cilantro, and lime.
