@troyjfitness: Your not growing muscle because of this👇 ❌ Not taking accurate rest times! Stop jumping in and out of exercises just to chase the “burn” when this WONT get you the results you want 🤷♂️ For isolation exercises (i.e lat pull down) you will need at-least 60-90 seconds in between the sets! For compound movements (i.e deadlift) you will need 2-3 MINUTES between sets to ensure you can give your next set your 100% Hope this video helped ♥️

Having zero rest compared to 3 minutes ain’t gonna change anything. To grow you simply damage the muscle then repair by food/rest afterwards.
