I got two 1 stars and I didn’t do anything wrong. I’m there waiting for the driver, I stay quiet, I even get my own stuff in and out when I’m shopping. I tip and 5 So some drivers are just rating 💩.

Okay, we’re a nice family, clean, direct stop, always tip high, we’re socialized and polite, courteous, on-time for pick-up, so why do we have a 4.77? We haven’t even had a bad experience or rated low
