This is the way to live. We spend 200-300 a month on groceries and make meal preps. Pls do a meal prep tour!!!

These comments are wild. Not all prepared “for meals” are precooked, frozen, and reheated for the meal. Raw food prepared for cooking. It not that complicated.

It’s more economical this way. I don’t make freezer meals, but I do buy meat in bulk and divide it up into food bags for quick thaw in recipes and save a lot.
