That math ain’t mathing. Even if leased you must have 5000mi/year limit. A car note for a 108K car vs a 50K car (even if worth 70k) can’t be the same unless we are missing something. Do tell sir.

If it was extended, warranty, gap insurance, etc., they are supposed to go by the date the car was traded in for a prorated refund.
