Appetizer: ahi tuna crudo with a lime and tamari vinaigrette, radicchio, topped with royal osstera caviar & micro greens. Entree: New York strip steak over a mushroom and red wine reduction with a side of roasted parsnip & balsamic glazed Brussels sprouts.
