I have like 6 section 8 tenants and it’s almost a full time job between maintenance, repairs, and inspections - not to mention cleaning/rehab

The problem with that section 8 money is the tenants aren’t paying so they don’t giveAF about the property. You have to repair/remodel every 3-6 month

so you telling me you net 650 a month. and your total is 140000 a month. that's 215 homes. minimum. sounds very do able. if you can buy homes that cheap on all homes..problem is none are turnkey.

Wife and I have 7 rentals, we don't expect section 8. We started off doing that and it was the worst decision ever. Most sec. 8 tenets just destroy the property.
