My first manager out of uni was definitely God-sent! I shared a lot with him (sometimes overshared 😅), but he never made me feel small. He always acknowledged whatever I felt or did. He’d tell me, “Let me know if your workload ever feels unbearable.” But yeah… I ended up moving jobs because I felt like I wasn’t contributing as much as the rest. He reassured me, but I still felt like a burden. So I left. Still, I really wish more people were like him ❤️
