@kikopupdogtraining: Breakaway collars are a great way to keep your dog or cat safe when unattended. If you take your dog to the vet, trainer or somene who is going to potentially take the dog by the collar or clip the leash on, make sure to tell them the dog is in a breakaway collar or use a normal collar, that the vet can take off and hang on the kennel if the dog is having surgery. Another solution is just having your dog with no collar on when unattended and instead having a microchip, however if your dog gets lost, some people might not think to check for a chip and a dog with a phone number on their collar is more likely to get back to their owner faster in my opinion. #dogcollar #DogTraining #dogtrainer #dogtrainingtips
