I oil pull regularly BUT you’re supposed to floss and tongue scrape AND brush every time you do it. That’s a key part of the whole oil pulling thing.

I view oil pulling as double cleansing. It’s a nice add on that helps me feel cleaner, but it doesn’t replace all the other steps.
