Do you have family or relatives that can help you in some way? Also is it possible maybe u can rent a room in someone’s house instead of an apartment. Can you go to a small city with opportunities?

I’m sure you’ve tried, but I found a private landlord on Zillow, and he didn’t require me to make 3 times the rent. Hope this helps
